Steven and his twin brother Andrew are the directors of Correct Service. Steve has worked for Correct for 15 years. When his father, Joe Green, retired in 2016, he took over as director. Steve has many years of experience repairing televisions, as it has been a family tradition since he can remember. He began his career in engineering, earning an HND in mechatronics and electrical engineering.

Andy has many years of experience repairing TVs and audio systems, as it has been a family tradition since he can remember. He started his career in TV repair at the age of 17 and holds a BTEC in TV engineering.
