So you need a new remote control handset..

In order too obtain price and availability we will require the following information from you:-

Your name
Your email address
Your telephone (or mobile) number
A photograph of the rating plate from the equipment to which the remote control belongs.

The rating plate is usually sited on the back of the equipment. This plate (or label) usually carries the make, model and serial number of the product, and sometimes a production code which can occasionally vary for similar models.

A photograph taken using a modern day mobile phone is generally sufficient for us to identify the remote handset needed.

Please be aware that we do not carry a large stock of different remote control models so it is very likely that one would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Full payment (to include delivery costs if necessary) will be required when placing your order.
